At Sonish.co.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery (as per the delivery confirmation date provided by our logistics partner). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact. The item should not show signs of use, damage, wear, alterations, or washing. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via email at support@sonish.co.in or WhatsApp (provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange).
- We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for pickup or drop-off.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice copy.
- Our logistics partner will collect the item from your provided address (free pickup in most cases) or you can drop it off at the designated location.
Eligible Reasons & Process
- Return for Refund: Accepted for defects, wrong item delivered, damaged in transit, size/fit issues, or change of mind (subject to inspection). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer (provide bank details when initiating).
- Exchange: Available for size/color/style change (subject to stock availability). If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will pay the difference; if lower, we will issue a refund for the difference or store credit. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and verified. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, customized, intimate apparel, hygiene-related products (e.g., innerwear, socks), or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Exceptions & Important Notes
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong/damaged item), in which case we cover the pickup cost.
- We inspect all returned items upon receipt. If the product does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the request and ship it back to you (at your cost).
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges (if any were applied), COD fees, or gift wrapping charges.
- In case of lost or damaged returns during transit back to us, we are not liable unless the issue is due to our logistics partner.
